Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 1936 E Cedar St, Ontario, CA 91761. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that while we ship worldwide, we cannot 100% guarantee your product will arrive dependant on where you are ordering from. Some counties aren't CBD friendly yet. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider for your country, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

International Orders 

Quoted time frames excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to other causes.

Also please note that the signature on delivery service is only available to certain countries, as is the tracking.

As the world is a big place full of different rules and regulations, any customs duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the customer purchasing. We thank you for your understanding. Enjoy the magic of CBD!

 

 

 

Undelivered items

For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (eg address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs and a $10 admin/processing fee. In some cases we also need to charge a return shipping fee. These charges are $10 for domestic and $30 for international shipping. In cases where the order needs to be sent again, we also charge a $10 admin/processing fee and the cost of reshipping the order. 

If the item does not make through your countries customs, we will happily refund you the product cost. If the item says it has been delivered via the courier, a refund will not be issues. 

Please re-consider purchasing this if you are shipping to a country where you are unsure of the regulations.
